Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service - Customer Care Representative to join their client's dynamic team in Orange County, we are close to the borderline Santa Ana, California. This role involves interacting with customers to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service quality and processes.
- Ensure all interactions align with company standards and policies.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive demeanor during customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, with specific hours to be determined based on business needs.
